Online Coaching
1) Choose a coaching subscription from below that best meets your needs.
2) Send Coach John a brief email detailing your plan selection
3) Coach John will send a response email with a link to the "New Athlete Questionnaire" and set up a time for a video chat.
4) Fill out the questionnaire prior to the video chat and then discuss goals and plans with Coach John to set up individual coaching.
5) Coach John will put together training for you and will provide the benefits outlined in the specific coaching subscription.
Coaching Subscriptions
$119 per Month
The Bronze Plan is Stride Elite's simplest one-on-one coaching platform. Selecting the Bronze Plan starts with you, the athlete, filling out a questionnaire going through your running history, running goals, life goals, and expectations. Once that is completed, a phone or video call will be scheduled to get us on our way.
All one-on-one coaching factors in your bi-weekly/monthly schedules and individualized training that will set YOU up for success not only as a runner, but as a human being as well.

Selecting the Silver Plan starts with you, the athlete, filling out a questionnaire going through your running history, running goals, life goals, and expectations. All one-on-one coaching factors in your weekly/bi-weekly schedules and individualized training that will set YOU up for success not only as a runner, but as a human being as well.

You can get a one-time single consultation with Coach John about your running. The single time consultation includes an athlete questionnaire and a scheduled phone or video call with Coach John.
The one-time phone/video call can be from 30-60 minutes in length to talk all things running and help give advice for setting up your training in the future.
Coach John is available to give information regarding:
Training ideology/philosophy
Setting up your own training plan
Race strategy and tips
Nutrition, sleep, and recovery advice
Strength, stability, and mobility
Tips for becoming a consistent, dedicated runner around work/school and life.
You can decide to sign up for individualized coaching services if you like following the consultation. If you were to sign up for any of the coaching plans, $40 would be taken off your first month.

You can get a one-time single consultation with Coach John about your running. The single time consultation includes an athlete questionnaire and a scheduled phone or video call with Coach John. Following the consultation, Coach John will write you an individualized training plan for up to 24 weeks.
The one-time phone/video call can be from 30-60 minutes in length to talk all things running. The discussion and information that Coach John receives will allow him to create an individualize training plan that you would receive 24-72 hours following the consultation.

Discussion of training and racing goals
Race strategy and tips
Nutrition, sleep, and recovery advice
Strength, stability, and mobility
Tips for becoming a consistent, dedicated runner around work/school and life.
You can decide to sign up for individualized coaching services if you like following the consultation (instead of receiving a one-time training plan). If you were to sign up for any of the coaching plans, $80 would be taken off your first month.
